  • Hyssop var. decumbens can be on fever blisters inside the mouth. This variety has been know to loosen up a tight chest, especially when inhaled. Great for a diffuser. It has been known to be highly expectorant. This variety of Hyssop does not contain the same constituents that is contained in Hyssopus Officinalis. Which in return makes this variety of Hyssop not as worrisome as Hyssop officinalis. This variety is preferred for the elderly and children. It is a nonirritant and is nice to use in blends which are helpful for sinus inflammation and bronchitis and asthma-related symptoms. Contains antiviral properties which makes Hyssop suitable for helping with herpes and fever blisters.
